This includes No Call/No Shows
If more than 2 sessions are rescheduled from a treatment plan, future appointments with that client may be canceled; though Populace Wellness will always consider your circumstances.
Clients who regularly re-schedule are likely to be referred out, unless it’s an emergency affecting the whole set of sessions.

There is a required deposit to hold your space in the cohort. It is 25% of the full price asked.
Deposits are refundable until 3 days prior to the start of class, after which they become school contributions.
Full class payment is due by the first day of class.
Any payment arrangements need to be made in advance by email or text message, with the teacher directly.
In case of a late-hour emergency, we may transfer your credit to another class. Please ask, as I want you to have the best experience possible.
Any student who attempts to drop a class 2x or more, without completion, will be expected to pay the full enrollment cost. Labor trade is another negotiable option.
Each cohort needs its specific # of students to run. Under-filled cohorts will be refunded/rescheduled. Registered students are welcome to transfer any deposit or tuition to the new date, or consider their deposit a contribution to the mission of Populace.
